Cheray Ryan is a Registered Nurse with extensive experience leading clinical teams in a range of healthcare settings. Cheray works closely with the Cooinda Board and Senior Management Team to oversee Clinical Governance and provision of exceptional clinical care to Cooinda residents.

Ryan plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial health of Cooinda. He is responsible for managing budgets, forecasting financial trends, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. His meticulous attention to detail and proactive approach ensure that Cooinda can effectively allocate funds to enhance the quality of care for its residents while maintaining financial stability.
Daniel Whipps
Building Services Manager
Daniel manages Cooinda’s buildings and Independent Living Units, ensuring facilities are safe, well‑maintained and welcoming. His role includes oversight of building and grounds maintenance, gardening services, capital works and contractor management, supporting residents’ comfort and independence. With a strong focus on safety, compliance and proactive maintenance, Daniel helps ensure Cooinda’s physical environment supports quality living and a pleasant community.
Kara Taggert
ICT & Marketing Manager
Kara leads Cooinda’s ICT and Marketing functions, supporting the organisation’s digital systems and communications. She oversees technology operations, data and systems management and marketing activities to ensure Cooinda remains secure and well‑connected. With a focus on innovation and clear communication, Kara works closely with teams to support service delivery and strengthen engagement with residents, families and the wider community.

Hotel Services Manager
Manuel oversees Cooinda’s Hotel Services, ensuring residents enjoy a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment every day. His role covers key areas including catering, cleaning and laundry, all of which play an essential part in residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. Manuel is committed to high standards, teamwork and continuous improvement, and works closely with staff to deliver services that support comfort and a true sense of home for our residents.

Home Care Services Manager
Suzanne has a strong commitment to supporting the wellbeing of our community clients. Suzanne leads our home care programs, including Support at Home, Fee for Service and Meal Delivery program with a focus on personalised care and meaningful connections. Her passion for enhancing quality of life and enabling people to live independently at home is at the heart of everything she does.
