At Cooinda, volunteers are an integral part of our community. We’re fortunate to have over 30 dedicated individuals who generously give their time in a variety of ways, from running the kiosk and library trolley, assisting with fundraising and resident activities to supporting our care staff with resident needs.
One thing all our volunteers share is a sense of satisfaction that comes from making a meaningful difference. Volunteering at Cooinda also offers the opportunity to meet inspiring people and form new friendships.
There are many different volunteer roles to choose from, and we work with you to match your interests and skills to the right role. Whether it’s helping with activities, moving residents to and from programs, or simply offering companionship, every role plays a vital part in enhancing the wellbeing of the people living in our respite and residential care.
