Home Care Package Management

Our experienced case managers, health care professionals, can help you choose the in Home Care Package services right for you, so you can continue living independently in your own home.

What is a Home Care Package?
Home Care Packages provide government funded services that will help you remain at home for as long as possible.

Already receive a Home Care Package with another provider?
If you already receive a Home Care Package, you can now change your provider to Cooinda by simply giving us a call and talking to one of our Case Managers.

Cooinda Community Fee for Service support

We offer ‘pay as you go’ Fee for Service home care support people who aged over 60 years and living independently in their own home.

This is the service for you if you need help in the home to remain living independently and:

• do not wish to receive a Home Care Package
• are waiting on the National Queue to receive a package
• are not currently eligible for a package
